		<div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Maharshi Dayanand Shiksha Samiti</b> has blazed a new trail by setting up a Law College in the year 2003. This  added a glorious chapter in the distinguished history of the samiti. The College is housed in a magnificent building measuring 15000 Sq. yds located in the heart of the Pink City, Raja Park, Barf Khana at Jawahar Nagar Road.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Needless to reiterate that Maharshi Dayanand Shiksha Samiti has to its credit a saga of social in the field education for the past 40 year. The Samiti came into being on 23 November 1965 as a result of the unstined initiative of the Arya Samaj followers who had an avowed aim to educate and cultivate the future architects of our country. Keeping this aim in mind the Maharshi DAYANAND SHIKSHA SAMITI established Maharshi Dayanand Law College to impart best education in the studies of Law. This college, is affiliated to the University of Rajasthan and approved by the Bar Council of India. Established by this Samiti earlier, Dayanand Public Senior Secondary School is one of the leading educational institutions of Jaipur situated at Varun Path in Mansarovar.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Among the patrons and well wishers of this Samiti are those members of intelligentsia of society who have been generously giving valuable guidance to students studying in various institutions supervised by the Samiti.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Keeping pace with the glorious aims of Samiti, Maharshi Dayanand Law College has been established, especially with a view to give its students Law education so as to enable them not only to become awakened citizens but also to reach the highest pinnacle of Justice. It is not to be treated as mere luxury but a dire necessity. The Law college has a bright future ahead. It may be legitimately hoped that society will take much benefit in general, and students in particular.</div>

		<div style="text-align: justify;">The Administration of Maharshi Dayanand Shiksha Samiti at Jaipur intimated me on phone about the sanction accorded by the State Government to start Maharshi Dayanand Law College, I was pleased to hear that our institution will get due respect from the legal fraternity.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Mahatma Gandhi propounded a theory, ’Right began on Consciousness’.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">In our country everyone talks of poverty but does not consider that process of impoverishment is increasing day by day. I play politics with the necessity of the needy, This kind of attitude helped me a lot in my career as a Lawyer.</div>
	
		<div style="text-align: justify;">The judge ought to be impartial but not impassive. This basic Mantra was always kept in mind while performing the duties of a judge. I had the opportunity to be the Executive Chairman of the State Legal Aid Board, I know the soul of the constitution lies not only in chapter III regarding the fundamental rights but also in chapters IV & IV(A) regarding the directive principles and duties.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Article 37 provides that the principles therin are nevertheless fundamental in governance of the country and it shall be the duty of the State to apply these principles in making laws. The Chapter III regarding fundamental rights directs that an injection can be issued against the state to allow the citizen to enjoy the rights. Chapter IV is a positive direction to the State to apply these principles in making laws as they are fundamental in character. These principle of State policy while enacting laws can not be lost right of.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Making of law is wise enough to include interpretation of laws. I am stressing this part of article 37 only. With a view that Maharshi Dayanand College will take it as issue before the Court of Law that the State government has no jurisdiction to repeal any law enacted for the purpose of implementation of chapter IV relating to the directive principle just like ordinary law as it is fundamental duty of the State to implement directive principles. I wish that the management will succeed in making the college exemplary college.</div>

		<div style="text-align: justify;">Nothing can give us greater satisfaction than to see a new educational institution up with a very specific aim of realising the dream of Maharshi Dayanand who had envisaged an ideal paradigm of education for our young people. As a born revolutionary he wanted our young people to shape themselves effectively for the service of motherhood. He not only wanted them to be law abiding citizing but also they should be custodians of law in the society. That meant that they need to be educated and trained with respect to the philosophy and practice of law, which might ensure justice to all in society with this aim in view. Maharshi Dayanand Law College has recently joined the comity of Law College in Rajasthan but with a marked difference. It is going to be a law college which would be a light house of not only the law learning but it will also be a mine from where we would have brilliant gems of young people devoted to the high values enshrined in our constitution.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">In this college both boys and girls will have an opportunity to imbibe the spirit of service to society and the resolve to restore the lost moral values in our present day Society.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">The college undertakes to produce not only such lawyers who only prefer to indulge in money making but also those young people who can uphold the cause of justice. We are sure that this college will prove a valuable source of inspiration and law education for preparing our youth to play a revolutionary role in Indian judiciary. I wish the college an enduring life of fulfilment.</div>
