<h3>Enrolment</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">No one shall be admitted to any examination of the University unless enrolled as a student of the University. The enrolment fees shall be decided by the UOR from time to time) and shall be paid once only irrespective of the number of times the candidates appears at examination of the University or whether he/she appears as regular student or an ex-student of an affiliated College of the University r as a private candidates (0.89 & 90).</p> <div class="headline-page"><h3>Migration</h3></div> <p style="text-align: justify;">In the case of student who takes a Migration Certificate to join another University, his membership of the University shall lapse until such time as may subsequently return with a Migration Certificate from the other University. No enrolment in such case shall, however, be necessary, provided that this lapse of membership shall not debar a student from appearing at an examination in the additional optional subject for a degree already taken in the university (0.91).</p> <div class="headline-page"><h3>Attendance</h3></div> <p style="text-align: justify;">The expression ’regular course of study’ means attendance required to be put in by a candidate in the lectures, tutorials and practical as provided in the ordinances for the respective examination. Subject to the provisions of condonation of shortage in attendance as contained in 0.145 and the provisions of O.145-a, a candidate who fails to put in the required minimum attendance as provided in the Ordinances shall be detained from appearing at the examination.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The University/College would be under an obligation to ensure 75% attendance of regular student out of the guidelines of U.G.C. and direction of Hon’ble High Court, Rajasthan.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In no case, relaxation is given to appearing in the examination where the student has not completed 75% attendance. Also, if a particular student is absent for 10% of the total number of attendance which are expected in a year then the college would inform the parents of such students of his absence of 26% of the expected classes in a session the cancel his admission.</p> <div class="headline-page"><h3>Reservation</h3></div> <p style="text-align: justify;">Reservation of seats/relaxation of marks for S.C./S.T./O.B.C and Physically Handicapped</p> <ul class="list-style-cus"> <li>49% of the total number of the seats will be reserved for Natural Bom sons/daughters of parents belonging to Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribes and OBC in the ratio of 16%: I 2%: 21 %, respectively.</li> <li>2% of total number of seats will be reserved for physically handicapped candidates defined as Deaf/Dumb/ Blind/Loss of any limb with permanent disability.</li> <li>All Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribe and OBC candidates who have passed the qualifying examination for admission may be arranged in order of merit amongst themselves.</li> <li>Those who have secured marks above the level up to which general category students are admitted will not counted towards reserved quota at all and will be included in the General Merit List of Admission.</li> <li>Excluding those admitted on Merit along with General Candidates as at 4 above, other Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates will be admitted in order of merit going down the inter se merit list up to the point necessary to secure adequate number of candidates of scheduled castes as well as scheduled Tribes to fulfill the reservation percentage completely.</li> <li>Candidates belonging to S.C., S.T. and OBC categories will required to produce a certificate to that effect from a District Magistrate/Tehsildar/Sub-Divisional Magistrate without which their cases will not be considered under the above provisions.</li> <li>Candidates claiming reservation under physically handicapped category above shall be required to furnish a certificate in original from the Principal, S.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur/Director, Rehabilitation Research Centre/Head of the Department concerned ofS.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur. To such candidates, a relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum percentage of marks for admission shall be admissible.</li> </ul>
